SSI Free Immersion
Free Immersion (FIM) requires less energy and it simplifies equalization for the beginner freediver. FIM is pure relaxation. This program provides the knowledge and skills necessary to safely perform Free Immersion, where the Freediver pulls himself up and down the rope instead of using fins.
